What materials do you engrave?

Laser engraving can be used on a variety of materials, including wood, anodized metal, plastic, glass, leather, acrylic, some stone, and more.

Is laser engraving permanent?

Yes, laser engraving is a permanent marking method that is highly resistant to fading, peeling, and other types of wear and tear.

Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, however there may be some excpetions:

1. Color - Variations in color may occur due to your browser's settings.
2. Discontinued items - On the rare occasion that an item has been discontinued and we have found a replacement, we will contact you prior to customizing and provide you with an image.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

You may view your sales invoice on your My Accounts page in the Orders section

How can I return an item?

Please visit our Refunds & Returns section of this website for more information. If you have further questions please submit and Inquiry and we will respond generally with 24 hours.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes, we generally restock items with 5 business days. If you placed an order for an out of stock item we will notify you when the item has been received and update your ship date.

Do you ship overseas?

No. Currently we only ship within the United States and to Canada.

When will my item ship?

The time required for laser engraving depends on the size and complexity of the design, as well as the material being engraved. Most of products ship within 48 hours of orders being placed. Please review the shipping notice for your particular product on the product page. Please conatc us for shipping times on bulk orders using our Inqurieis form.
