Customizations
Customizations are included in all our products. The recommended number of lines per product may be found in the description.
For reference we try and have indication of what the placement of the engraving will look like or a picture of the actual product engraved. If you have any questions prior to ordering please contact us via our Inquiries Page.
Please be aware that we are not responsible for any misspellings as part of your order. We will engrave your product as ordered, so please ensure that you are entering exactly what you wish to be engraved. Please review our Returns Policy for further information.

If the copy becomes distracting in the design then you are doing something wrong or they are discussing copy changes. It might be a bit annoying but you could tell them that that discussion would be best suited for another time. At worst the discussion is at least working towards the final goal of your site where questions about lorem ipsum don’t.
